Dear Associates,

Due to the high number of registrations, the Goldwing Association of Spain (GWAE) informs us that in order to hold the meeting in Huelva there was a need to change hotels.

This new hotel is of superior quality and the entire program remains the same.

 

New Hotel:

21459 El Rompido (Huelva)

 

However, for this reason, if someone does not agree with this change of Hotel, they can cancel their registration:

- Cancellation until 2/27/2024, full registration amount will be refunded

- Cancellation from 02/27/2024 until 03/03/2024, 60% of the amount will be refunded

- Cancellation after 03/03/2024, no amount will be refunded.

We send you the new leaflet as an attachment.

 

In our opinion, for this reason alone, there is no need for cancellation.
