GOLDWING CLUBE of PORTUGAL

    Although the GoldWing model existed since the beginning of the 70s, mainly in the USA and Canada (the first model appeared at the Cologne Motor Show in 1974 with a 1000 cc engine), it was only much later that the first examples brought in by initiative appeared in Portugal. people who, being a lover of these types of motorcycles, came across them and no longer resisted the temptation.

    Honda did not believe that there was a potential market that would justify official importation to Portugal, but slowly the number of GoldWings in circulation was increasing and then the problem of the lack of "consumables" such as tires, filters and other periodic replacement parts that owners arose. they had to order from outside.

    At the beginning of the 90s, some “Wingers” had already joined foreign clubs, namely Spanish ones, and discovered that there were already clubs there specifically only with GoldWings.

    It all started on the initiative of a small group of fervent and obstinate “Wingers” and after a lot of preambular work, on February 7, 1993 the Goldwing Clube de Portugal was founded.

    Founded and located in Portugal, GOLDWING CLUBE DE PORTUGAL is a dedicated community made up of enthusiasts who like to enjoy the extraordinary taste for "two wheels" with the unsurpassed comfort of a Honda Goldwing motorcycle and also share ideas and activities.
